Yes. Every QR type, every color, every resolution up to 1024px, and both PNG and SVG export are free with no account, no watermark, and no daily cap.
No. The codes HiQR generates are static — the data is encoded directly into the pattern, so there's no server keeping it alive and nothing that can expire or go offline.
Scanners rely on contrast between foreground and background. Keep them reasonably distinct — dark foreground, light background works most reliably — and always test a print or screen preview with your phone's camera before publishing.
Higher levels (Q, H) rebuild more of the code if part of it is damaged or obscured — useful for printed materials or codes with a logo overlay. Lower levels (L, M) keep the pattern simpler, which is fine for clean digital display.
No. Generation happens entirely in your browser using local JavaScript. Nothing you type is uploaded, logged, or stored anywhere.
